Bibhu Prasad Routray presented two papers, “Myanmar: Competing Aspirations in a Fractured Nation” and “Left-wing Extremism: Sparks from a Flailing Revolution” at the annual conference “India and its neighbourhood: An Audit of Conflict and Peace”, hosted by the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS), New Delhi in collaboration with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (New Delhi) on 10-11 July 2015, at the Maple Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. All the papers presented would be a part of a volume to be brought out by the Sage Publishers.
