Application Procedure

The E-Internship is open to students with a Master’s degree. Students enrolled on the Master’s Programme can also apply. The E-Internship is for three months and can be extended depending on the outcome and mutual interest. The E-Interns will work as Lead Researchers in the projects and are expected to write at least two publishable articles during the period of E-Internship, which will be published on Mantraya.org. The internship provides young scholars with an opportunity to work on issues of national and international importanceunder the mentoring by strategic advisors and assist in other projects depending on the candidate’s interest, skill set and future goals.

The schedule under E-Internship is flexible and provides an opportunity to work with Mantraya’s team of Experts and Advisers. We invite researchers and students to avail of this opportunity. We strongly encourage those interested in primary and field research to contribute to this initiative.

To apply, send a formal letter addressed to the Director along with your bio-data, a passport-size high-resolution photograph (above 100 kb size), a writing sample of 500 words indicating your preference for any of the Projects, and a tentative date for joining the internship programme to office@mantraya.org with cc to mantrayaoffice@gmail.com and bibhuroutray@gmail.com

Since a large number of applications are received and we may not be able to respond to individual emails. However, short-listed candidates will be contacted within a week for further requirements, which include completion of assigned tasks and an online interview.
